All sales final. Once item is completed a photo will be sent to customer. If there are any concerns or issues customer has 3 days to make any changes. Once item has been picked up there are no edits to be made and no refunds. 

Production takes 3-7 business days to create, although some orders may take longer. Please allow another 3-6 days for shipping once they're made. USPS is our shipping method. Tracking numbers are emailed to the email you use when your order is placed. Local Pick Up is Avail.
